Stephen recently caught up with Megara Director Jamie to catch up on the progress made onsite recently at Serai North Fremantle. Significant progress has been made, with formwork and concrete for level 4 currently underway on the South Tower (Bay Residences). Meanwhile, on the North Tower (Shore Residences), level 3 is nearing completion, and fit out work is progressing across lower and upper basement levels. Townhouse structures are moving forward and the services fit-out is advancing smoothly, ensuring everything integrates seamlessly across the development.
