Construction
Progress of the concrete structure is the current focus of the on-site team.
The majority of the two level basement carpark structure is now complete.
The basement levels include access ramps, fire water storage tanks and the required structure to support the building above.
The core for stairs and lifts also form part of these works.
Ground level slabs are now underway with the layout of the first apartments now visible via the initial services installation and concrete set downs for terraces and wet areas.
In the coming weeks, the team will finish concrete slabs at ground level and the first floor structure will rise above the fence line, creating great river views for the site team as they proceed up the building.
