The Opportunity
This is a unique part-time role for someone confident in relationship building and converting property owners into long-term clients. Youβll be focused on growing our rent roll by securing new managements and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
What Youβll Be Doing
Prospect for and convert new property management leads
Conduct rental appraisals and present tailored proposals
Build strong relationships with landlords and investors
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM and meet monthly KPIs
Ensure onboarding is smooth, compliant, and aligned to brand standards
You Will Bring
Proven experience in business development or property management
Hands-on experience with trust accounts and end-of-month processing
Proficiency in Property Tree (or similar cloud-based property software)
Current WA Sales Registration or Property Management Registration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence presenting to clients and closing deals
A proactive, professional, and self-managed work style
Driverβs license and own vehicle
